Your Joy by J piece is made just for you by Jacinta, please allow five days for it to be completed.
If you need a piece by a specific date just let us know, and we will do our best to get it to you.
Each piece comes in a Joy by J jewellery box.

Joy for J are not responsible for import duties and/or taxes on overseas deliveries.
Returns Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us in it's original unused condition within twenty eight days of receipt.
Returned items should be unused and unworn, if applicable and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. Joy by J will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge. Alternatively, if preferred, we will also be happy to exchange the item.
The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made.
Caring For Your Joy by J Jewellery
Remove jewellery before bathing or swimming. Chemicals or minerals in the water may harm the stones.
Put on your jewellery after you have applied your makeup, hairspray and perfume. Chemicals in these products can be harmful to certain gemstones.
Long exposure to direct sunlight can cause the colour of some stones to fade. Please avoid leaving pieces in direct sunlight for long periods of time.
After you have worn your jewellery, wipe it gently with a soft clean cloth to keep it looking beautiful.
